Layout Design | Research | Custom Planner System DevelopmentMy brief for this project was to develop a distraction free, customizable planner system that would consolidate multiple notebooks into one. Through user interviews and research, I designed 7 weekly layouts that encompassed the range of users’ organizational needs. Each design comes with a grayscale option, allowing users to leverage color as an additional organizational tool. I modified the disc bound planner system to offer flexibility and infinite customizable options, and created tabbed dividers to keep each section defined (1 section per notebook).
Conclusion: the designs were very well received and many users have become repeat customers.
